About Digimach
The DigiMach project was set up for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Meuse-Rhine region. Many skilled workers in this region are due to retire soon. This threatens to result in the loss of important knowledge and experience, which could cause companies to lose their competitive edge. DigiMach aims to solve this problem by helping companies with digitisation. DigiMach's goal is to support 150 SMEs. It does this by offering simple digital tools, special training and practical assistance. To demonstrate that the approach works, 20 pilot projects are being carried out at various companies. DigiMach is unique because it collaborates with organisations from the Netherlands, Germany, Flanders and Wallonia. By working together, companies can share knowledge and learn from each other. There is also an online platform where tools, manuals and practical examples are available in several languages. Modern technologies are used, such as artificial intelligence and robotics. This makes companies smarter, saves them money and helps them work more efficiently. The assistance is tailored to what companies really need. Without DigiMach, companies run the risk of falling behind in the digital world. DigiMach's activities are creating a stronger, future-proof industry throughout the region.
